WELCOME TO THE AFI 2025 NATIONAL CONFERENCE
On behalf of the Organising Committee, I am excited to invite you to attend the 59th Australian Foundry Institute (AFI) National Conference to be held in Sydney from 16th to 18th October, 2025.
This year’ AFI Conference is set to be an unmissable event and a must for your calendar. This year the conference is being presented by the New South Wales Division with this auspicious event taking place at the spectacularly positioned PARKROYAL Hotel right in the heart Sydney’s Darling Harbour entertainment precinct.
The conference theme for 2025 is “Open Your Mind to New Technologies and Ideas”. Keeping an open mind is essential in today’s rapidly evolving metal casting industry. By embracing emerging technologies, innovative techniques, and fresh business strategies, companies can expand their capabilities, improve efficiencies, and learn how to unlock new market opportunities.
Whether you’re looking to streamline production, explore sustainable practices, or integrate cutting-edge automation, this conference will provide valuable insights to propel your business into its next growth stage.
This year we know all who attend will gain extensive knowledge on ground breaking advancements and industry trends. Whether you join for a single day or immerse yourself in the full three day and evening experience, you will leave inspired and equipped with practical takeaways that will have the potential to positively transform your business.
Beyond the learning opportunities, it is events like this that provide a unique chance to reconnect with colleagues, friends, and past collaborators.
It’s the perfect setting to revive past projects, exchange ideas, and explore new avenues for co-operation. The Australian Foundry Industry thrives on strong relationships, and our conferences are the ideal place to strengthen connections and forge new partnerships.
Don’t miss this opportunity to gain industry-leading knowledge, reconnect with key friends associates and contacts, and set your business on a path to future success.
This is an investment opportunity for our future. Hoping to see you in Sydney.
